Order cancellation/modifications


If you change your mind, act quickly! We turn around and process orders extremely quickly.
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refund Policy


Your satisfaction is our #1 priority.

If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time (45 business days not including 2-5 day processing) & (30 business days you can request a refund or a reshipment. If you received a wrong order or your package is arrived broken, you may also request a refund or reshipment but you must provide us with a picture.

We will NOT make refund or reshipment if:

  • Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
  • Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of KPOP MERCH LOVER(i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
  • Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of kpopmerchlover.com
  • Under Categories like Shoes, Hoodies, T-shirt, Sweatshirt we have proper Country wise size chart, we will not refund if you have selected the wrong size


*You can submit refund requests within 7 days after the products delivered to you.

OR

* You can submit refund requests within 7 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 business days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us by emailing at support@kpopmerchlover.com .

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

* Please note that we will deduct 5.9% + $1 for order cancelation due to the fee incurred by our payment gateway.

* A week has 5 business days, Business day = Number of working days from Monday to Friday

Return Policy


You can request a return by emailing us at support@kpopmerchlover.com

Once your return is received and inspected by KPOP MERCH LOVER, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original payment method. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to be posted to your account.

Please note that:
  • Returned products must be in new, unused condition
  • You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with getting your order back to KPOP MERCH LOVER
